J.V. Scott is passionate about adding souls to the kingdom. A Texan by choice, hoosier by Birth, Bro. Scott was raised in the chicago suburbs and after attending Indiana university and graduation from Hyles-Anderson college in 1981, served many years of full-time christian ministry across the country before coming to serve at Harvest since its inception in 2001. He is married to his lovely wife Debbie with whom he shares one adult son. His favorite book is John Maxwell's "The 21 Irrefutable laws of leadership" which he hopes to embody and imbue into the lives of those around him. His other passions include raising his rowdy rottweiler puppies and his beloved Green Bay Packers, which he proudly declares are really America's team.
